All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Shipping Transit Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time for delivery is typically 3-5 business days. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Cut-off Time

Orders placed after 5:00 PM MST on a business day, or anytime on a weekend or holiday, will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.

International Shipping (Canada)

For orders shipped to Canada, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Arizona Tee Shirt Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding potential charges before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately at support@azteeshirts.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that Arizona Tee Shirt Company is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Arizona Tee Shirt Company is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
